Jonathan’s law practice is concentrated in the areas of Trust and Estate Litigation, Trust and Probate Administration, and Estate Planning. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, California, and before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Michael Arroyave is a Partner at Florida Trust & Estate Counsel, PLLC. He focuses his practice in the areas of Trust and Estate Litigation, Trust and Probate Administration, and Estate Planning. He has litigated multi-million dollar cases and obtained favorable results for his clients, including multimillion dollar settlements. Michael has also drafted Appellate Briefs that have resulted in the reversal of the Trial Court and the establishment of legal precedent.

Alexis, an associate at the firm, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a minor in Communications. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022, graduating cum laude in the top 10% of her class. Alexis focuses her practice primarily in the areas of trust and estate litigation and civil litigation.

Michelle is our firm’s office manager and paralegal to senior partner, Jonathan M. Drucker, Esq., for whom she has worked with for over 20 years. Michelle primarily works with trust and estate administration/litigation, estate planning, and civil litigation.

Sophia is the newest member of the firm, having started as a legal assistant following graduating in the top 10% of her high school class in 2022.
