JONATHAN M. DRUCKER

Jonathan M. Drucker, Esq.
Attorney / Certified Circuit Court Mediator
Partner

Jonathan Drucker is a Partner and Co-Founder of Florida Trust & Estate Counsel, PLLC. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Jonathan’s law practice is concentrated in the areas of Trust and Estate Litigation, Trust and Probate Administration, and Estate Planning. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, California, and before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Unlike many probate litigators who often avoid taking cases to trial, Jonathan has decades of experience as a trial attorney and regularly handles matters through the trial and appellate phases. He has won at trial for individuals, businesses and, most recently, a charity (which received a multi-million-dollar verdict after a nine-day trial in which Jonathan successfully argued the decedent’s family member improperly altered his mother’s estate plan by removing the charity as a beneficiary).

As a basic philosophy of his practice, Jonathan always makes sure that the client has a clear and potentially achievable goal. As a matter of principle, he will not represent a client if he does not believe he can add value. He prides himself on finding creative paths to resolution and recovery for his clients.

Jonathan is also a Certified County and Circuit Court Mediator. He has served as mediator in hundreds of matters and has helped many people achieve resolutions to complex disputes.

Jonathan received his B.S. in Political Economy from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He met his wife while they both played Division 1 college tennis for Tulane. He received his J.D. from the University of California College of Law, San Francisco, formerly known as University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Born and raised in Southern California, Jonathan has resided in Coral Gables with his wife since 1995. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, playing tennis, and traveling. Jonathan also contributes to various charities and currently serves as a Board Member of the YES Institute.
