Jonathan Drucker and Michael Arroyave are the founding members of Florida Trust & Estate Counsel, PLLC. They met many years ago as opposing counsel. While advocating for their clients’ conflicting interests, they developed a mutual respect and a professional relationship that eventually led to the formation of Florida Trust & Estate Counsel, PLLC.
Jonathan has decades of experience as a trial lawyer, having successfully represented clients in dozens of trials. Unlike many probate litigators who avoid taking cases to trial, Jonathan frequently handles matters through the trial and appellate phases. In fact, he is often called upon by fellow attorneys to serve as co-counsel for their clients at the trial phase. Recently, he received a multi-million-dollar verdict for a charity after a nine-day trial.
Michael has over 15 years of experience handling trust and estate issues, including litigation, administration, and estate planning.
